Savor these garlic butter beef bites made with tender sirloin marinated in a blend of spices and sautéed to perfection. Ideal as an appetizer or main dish, they are quick to prepare and sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim any excess fat from the beef sirloin and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mix well, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour in the fridge).
  4. In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn it.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Add marinated beef cubes in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes on one side without moving them.
  9. Flip the beef bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned and juicy (aim for an internal temperature of 130°F for medium-rare).
  10. Remove from skillet and keep warm in a low oven if cooking in batches.
  11. Return the skillet to heat and pour the garlic butter over the cooked beef bites, scraping up any browned bits.
  12. Toss the beef bites in the garlic butter until well-coated and let simmer for an additional minute.
  13. Transfer beef bites to a serving platter, garnish with additional parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • These beef bites pair well with crusty bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
